Exhibitor Information and Registration

This year's GWSRA Annual Conference will be held October 21-23, 2011 ... and our success is showing! We're moving to a larger venue in Old Town Alexandria as we Celebrate Our Independents! during this beautiful fall weekend.  We've got a fabulous lineup of speakers ... and we're providing a great catered lunch, allowing plenty of time to visit vendors!

* Vendor display open during Friday night Welcome Reception *

Setup:  Vendors may set up on Friday between 9 am and 3 pm, or Saturday morning between 6 and 9 am.  Vendor display area will be open and available to attendees during our Friday night Welcome Reception!

Vendor Display Table - Closed!:

• logo & link on our website for one year
• promotional items placed in totebags
• flyers placed in reporters' folders
• permission-based attendee list
• two representatives may attend Friday night Welcome Reception
• vendor display area is adjacent to main conference hall and reporters will be able to visit on Friday night!
• special rate ($100) to attend conference for CEU points

Food Sponsors: Our food sponsors will receive:

• Our thanks!
• signage placement sponsoring the food event
• generous podium recognition throughout the conference
• logo & link on our website for one year

Student Sponsors: Student sponsors will receive our great appreciation -- and that of the student! We will recognize you from the podium and also with signage placement.
